To help your clients in the best possible way, we need to first understand the business structure of their company.
This week we went to marketing and business training with one of our partners – Artur Bartosik, the owner of Mega Mortgage Services, to the largest wholesale mortgage lender in the United States – United Wholesale Mortgage (www.uwm.com).
The company employs over 3,200 people at its headquarters. Everything works incredibly. The structure, organization of work, technology, as well as the open space environment created for employees helps the company to grow and have made a big impression on us. We had a pleasure to meet and have a word with the President/CEO of UWM – Mr. Mat Ishbia.
It was a great experience that helped us understand how mortgage companies function.
