Małopolska province in the United States

Chicago’s Travel & Adventure Show in Rosemont attracts thousands of potential travel oriented consumers each year.

This year representatives of the Polish Tourism Organization, Małopolska Tourism Organization in cooperation with the Krakow-Balice Airport, and the Malopolska local government came to Chicago to promote the Malopolska region and Cracow to American and Polish-American travelers.

Our agency Ingressus LLC, helped them with several aspects of their trip and local promotional activities. Upon their request, we have organized a great promotional and networking event at the Polish General Consulate in Chicago. This included all technical aspects of the event as well as coordination of guests RSVPs. Several local media and tourist agencies’ representatives, LOT Polish Airlines as well as potential investors came to participate in the event. Additionally, we have arranged for them meetings with local TV, radio stations and newspapers where several promotional interviews were conducted. Last but not least, let’s not forget about coordination of production and placement of outdoor promotional banners by the main road that leads to the convention center.

Over the past several years, Poland has become a wonderful travel destination. Safety, reasonable pricing, breathtaking beauty of the landscapes, wonderful historical locations as well as culinary aspects bring to Poland millions of foreign tourists. Polish Tourism Organization estimates that number oscillates around 20,000,000 each year and it keeps growing.
