She manages social media accounts, creates and coordinates content, and works directly with clients. Her workspace may occasionally look like organized chaos, but that work mess is actually one of her strengths: she knows what needs to happen and somehow keeps everything moving.
Bogusia is hardworking, responsible, and a fast learner. She listens, takes advice seriously, and quickly turns feedback into experience. She can also be stubborn, but in her case, that’s often a plus. When she wants to understand something or make it work, she keeps going until she gets there.
And somewhere between all the posts, deadlines, messages, and client requests, she is also trying to be a great mom. How she manages to handle all of it is sometimes difficult to understand, but somehow, she does.
